• Communicate with spirit guides or any other relevant higher vibrational being where appropriate

• Identify energetic disturbances, attachments, or historic influences

• Determine whether further investigation or clearing work is required

• Remote View if needed, viewing any past or present energetic imprints

• Take steps to resolve issues, clear or make recommendations

This session typically takes around two hours of dedicated investigation work. We will provide a detailed report of our work.

Where further work is required, we will explain this clearly, provide a scope of work and estimated cost . Your full approval is always sought before proceeding.

Costs for extended investigation vary depending on complexity.

In rare situations, resolving an energetic disturbance requires a physical site visit.

This may apply where:

• A property requires clearing work that cannot be performed remotely.
