Clients requesting Land & Property Research or Clearing services confirm that they are either:
• the legal owner of the property or land in question, or

PriorLives accepts no responsibility for disputes arising from a client requesting services for a property or location without the consent of the legal owner.
The client is solely responsible for ensuring they have the authority to request services relating to the property or land in question.
Expectations of Energetic or Spiritual Clearing
Energetic clearing practices are spiritual and ceremonial in nature and are based on intuitive traditions and personal spiritual beliefs.
PriorLives makes no guarantees that:
• any perceived entity, spirit or energetic influence will be permanently removed
• a location will remain energetically clear following a session
